How does iCloud sync work?

If you're signed into iCloud, Ichi keeps your tasks in step across your own Apple devices automatically, through your private iCloud account. There's no login and nothing to set up. You can turn it off in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.

Why aren't my reminders showing?

Reminders are off until you set one, and they need notification permission. Check Settings → Ichi → Notifications is allowed. Reminders are local to your device.

What is Ichi Pro?

Pro unlocks cosmetic extras — the Nocturne and Aurora themes, the StandBy widget, and alternate app icons. Every other feature is free, forever, with no caps. Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription; see the Terms for subscription details.

I paid for Pro but don't see it

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchase while signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or App Store → your account → Subscriptions), choose Ichi Pro, and cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Will I lose my tasks?

No. Ichi never deletes anything silently, and there's no daily reset. Tasks stay until you complete or remove them.
