Terms of Use
1. The agreement
Ichi is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with the additional terms below. By downloading or using Ichi you agree to both. Where they differ, these additional terms govern your use of Ichi specifically.
2. What Ichi is
Ichi is an iOS app for doing one task at a time. It is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for the content of the tasks you create.
3. Ichi Pro — purchases & subscriptions
Ichi is free to use. Ichi Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks cosmetic features (additional themes, the StandBy widget, and alternate app icons). It never changes how many tasks you can create. Pro is offered in two forms:
- Ichi Pro (Lifetime) — a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently on your account.
- Ichi Pro (Yearly) — an auto-renewable subscription billed once per year.
The exact prices are shown on the purchase screen inside the app before you buy and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
4. Auto-renewal terms
For the yearly subscription:
- The subscription automatically renews for the same one-year period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or the App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase Pro.
Purchases are always restorable from the paywall's “Restore purchase” button on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
5. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law and except as stated in the Standard EULA, Ichi is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of task data.
6. Your data
Your tasks belong to you and live on your device and in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
